Shipping policies

We will always try to ship on the business day your order is placed. Orders received after 12 PM (EST) may not go out until the next business day. We ship UPS only. Shipping is not calculated until we have your order boxed and ready to go. Shipping costs are based on the size and weight of the boxes from our zip code to yours. Please keep in mind that a residential address will cost more than a business address. We are not responsible for shipping delays. UPS controls all deliveries. We will, however, always try to help with any shipping difficulties.

Return policies

All sale are final. Because of our very low prices, we are not able to offer refunds or returns. You may occasionally get a defective product. Lost or damaged items that are the fault of UPS will be handled with UPS. We will always help you with that process.

Other policies

Because you are not providing your payment information on this order, we will need to contact you for that information before we can process your order. It is important that you give us information as to how to reach you so that we can obtain your information. Your credit card in not charged until we have your order total with shipping. Your card is never charged at the time of your order. No orders will be shipped with full payment.
